What is processed
Browsing and language
On the first home-page visit, the site queries ipapi.co to identify the visitor's country and automatically show the Italian edition to visitors from Italy and the English edition to other visitors. This request sends the IP address and ordinary connection data to that provider. The site uses the result only to select the language; it does not retain it for advertising profiling.
If you select IT or EN manually, that preference is saved locally in your browser (`langPref`) so it can be respected on subsequent visits.
The site's typefaces are supplied through Google Fonts; the browser may therefore transmit ordinary technical request data to Google while the fonts load. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Contacts and Volume 3 notification
If you voluntarily send an email from this site, we receive the email address, message content and any other details you provide. If you request a Volume 3 release notification, your address will be used for that update and to answer your request; you can withdraw it by emailing the same address.
Meta marketing measurement
The Meta Pixel loads only after you select Accept marketing. If accepted, it may measure visited pages and clicks towards Amazon or the release-notification request, to evaluate book-promotion effectiveness. This involves Meta under its Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie choices button.

Rights and changing your choice
